Canon has announced a new PowerShot lineup (the ELPH 530 HS, ELPH 320 HS, SX260 HS and D20), which includes added Wi-Fi capabilities and improved optical zoom and durability.

Of the four, the two ELPH models are the only ones equipped with Wi-Fi, which allows users to quickly share, upload or back up images via their Canon iMAGE GATEWAY account. From there, they can post to social media platforms or Apple devices.

The ELPH 530 HS has a 10.1-megapixel sensor, 12x optical zoom, 1080p HD video mode and a 3.2-inch LCD touch screen.

The ELPH 320 HS is the slightly less robust version, although it has a 16.1-megapixel sensor. It deliberately reduces the pixel count to 10 megapixels, from 12.1 megapixels, in order to give each pixel on the sensor more information and, in turn make a clearer shot. The PowerShot SX260 HS is labeled a pocket-sized camera with a 12.1-megapixel resolution and 20x optical zoom (25mm to 500mm). Like the ELPH cameras, this one shoots 1080p HD video as well.

Made for "rugged— photography, the 12.1-megapixel D20 camera has been beefed up with added durability — it's waterproof, shockproof and freezeproof.

All of these cameras retail for $349 except for the ELPH 320, which retails for $279.
