Brooks Institute Faculty, Staff and Ulumni Receive Four Top Awards from PIEA Student-Teacher Competition

Brooks Institute faculty, staff and alumni were recipients of four top awards from the 2008 Photo Imaging Education Association (PIEA) International Student-Teacher Photo Competition and Exhibition in Jackson, Mich., held in December 2007.

Brooks student Adam Rose received the grand prize in the College/University-Portfolio category, while faculty member Bruce Burkhardt received an honorable mention in the Faculty-Single Image category. Also, Brooks alumnus and Harrington College of Design department chair Dirk Fletcher received the grand prize in the Faculty-Portfolio category, while Brooks alumnus and general faculty member Kevin Osborn received second prize in the same category.
