Greg Shurman Wins Fuji Portrait Grand Prize
Greg Schurman of Schurman Photography has won the top Fuji Portrait Grand Prize 2001 of a complete Mamiya RZ 67 system with his images titled “Drip Dry,” “Eve,” “Church Silhouette” and “Old Carl.”
Schurman’s studios are located in Richmond, B.C., Canada, and his images can be seen at schurmanphotography.com.

Michael Doucett: Clowning Around
Experience with model testing and a love of theater combine in this "almost spontaneous" mid-1999 shot by Seattle photographer Michael Doucett. His subject is Zaza, one-third of the clown troupe Los Excentricos, traveling performers then appearing with Teatro ZinZanni in Seattle. Doucett was photographing the ZinZanni cast for Resonance, a local arts magazine.
